Highly qualified endocrinologists, surgeons, gynecologists, pediatricians, ophthalmologists, neuropathologists, cardiologists, nephrologists, andrologists, radiologists, psychologists, epidemiologists, geneticists and morphologists work in the departments of RSESPMC.

2 professors, doctors of medical sciences, 8 doctors of science, 34 candidates of sciences, 37 high-class doctors work in this center. The scientific potential of the center allows comprehensive development of comprehensive scientific and practical fields of modern endocrinology.

The center provides more than 50,000 high-tech assistance and more than 8,000 inpatient treatments to patients suffering from various endocrine diseases every year.

2. Center structure, bed size

The structure of the center is determined by the Central Council, according to the decision of the Cabinet of Ministers No. 826 of October 14, 2017, within the bed capacity and capacity of the established consulting polyclinic: an inpatient department with 288 beds and a consultation with 250 patients per day - diagnostic clinic.

3. Rules for the provision of medical care

The rules of providing medical assistance on a paid basis by the center in accordance with medical-diagnostic standards are carried out in accordance with Annex 1 of the decision of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. 264 dated June 8, 2004. Hospitalization of patients in need of urgent medical care is carried out by the Center in accordance with Annex 3 of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan decision No. 264 dated 08.06.2004. The procedure for issuing an order, hospitalization and payment of the cost of treatment for a privileged group of patients is carried out in accordance with the decision of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. 696 dated 05.09.2017.

The highest governing body of the Center is the Central Council.

The center board includes 7 center directors, leading medical and scientific staff.

The Regulation on the Center Council and its employees is approved by the decision of the general meeting of the Center's labor team.

The Director of the Center is also the Chairman of the Council of the Center.

The Council of the Center meets every month, and all decisions related to the financial and economic activities of the Center are taken at the Council meeting and formalized with the appropriate protocol.

5. Human resources potential

Currently, the Center has 625 employees, among them 37 doctors of the highest category, 7 of the first category, 26 of the second category, 14 of the third category, 50 of no category. Nurses - 223, junior medical staff - 163, management and administrative staff - 79. Employees with a high academic level: 8 doctors of medical sciences, 34 candidates of medical sciences. 58 of the nurses have a high degree, 25 are first-class nurses, 23 are second-class nurses.
