On January 24, 2025, the Namangan Oblast Health Department held a training session for general practitioners, general practitioners and nurses of Naryn, Uchkurgan and Uichi district medical associations. The training was conducted by the chief physician B.F.Siddikov of Namangan branch of Medical Center named after academician E.H.Turakulov of RSSPMCE, chief endocrinologist of the region B.Davlatov and supervisors of the region conducted a seminar-training by supervisors of districts on endocrinological screening of population over 40 years old. Naryn district has 42 family physicians, 110 patronage nurses, 14 senior nurses and 64 general practice nurses.
There are 18 family physicians, 41 district nurses and 24 general practice nurses in Uichi district.
In Uchkurgan district, 46 family physicians, 94 district nurses and 75 general practice nurses participated.
During the training workshop, the screening process and training algorithm were explained and the results of the screening processes to be conducted during 2024 and their analysis were discussed. The deficiencies identified during the screening process were also explained.
