For human dignity!Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated November 12, 2020 “On measures to introduce completely new mechanisms in the activities of primary health care institutions and further increase the effectiveness of reforms in the health care system” “In accordance with the order № PF-6110 dated January 24, 2025, at the Medical University ‘Kumushkent’ of Kattakurgan district, an endocrinologist doctor of the Samarkand branch of the RSNPMCE Daminova Sh. and a group of employees conducted a medical examination organized by the Ministry of Health and the regional department of the Ministry of Health. 21 citizens underwent medical examinations. Of these, 3 people had type 2 diabetes, 5 people had thyroid diseases (nodular goiter 2, diffuse goiter 1 WHO degree 2, hypothyroidism 1), prediabetes 2 people, obesity 6 people, galactorrhea syndrome 1 person, and 4 healthy people were identified and given necessary recommendations. All patients were given recommendations in accordance with the treatment standards. The population that attended the medical examination was given information about proper nutrition and healthy lifestyle.
