For the good of man! Employees of the Tashkent Regional Endocrinologic Dispensary together with industry specialists conducted a medical examination of employees of the Nurafshon city khokimiyat.
For the purpose of early detection of diabetes mellitus in the management staff, endocrinologists of the dispensary examined 83 employees, measured blood sugar levels and assessed anthropometric indicators.
As a result, 3 employees were found to have type 2 diabetes mellitus, 9 employees had prediabetes, 12 employees had obesity of 1 and 2 degrees.
They were given recommendations from specialists and prescribed treatment.
