29.01.2025. For human dignity! Curator of Namangan regional endocrinological service Head of hemodialysis department of RSSPMCE Center named after E.H.Turakulov, Candidate of Medical Sciences Kholikov Alisher Yusupovich and specialists of Namangan regional endocrinological dispensary: from the side of Chief physician B.F. Siddikov and endocrinologist Sh. Vakhobov and endocrinologist Sh. Yuldasheva from Pop district medical association in order to ensure the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan from January 26, 2022 “On measures to improve and expand the scope of endocrinological care” PP-102 under the slogan “In the name of human dignity” on the basis of ICP at Pop district medical association conducted screening survey on early detection of diabetes mellitus among the population over 40 years old. During the screening survey 81 people were examined.24 of them are overweight, 1 out of 4 is obese, 2 people have obesity of 2 degrees, 1 person has obesity of 3 degrees, and 27 people have arterial hypertension.2 people were diagnosed with diabetes mellitus for the first time. 4 people are diagnosed with pre-diabetes. 3 people are diagnosed with nodular goiter. Diffuse endemic goiter was diagnosed in 13 people. Endocrinologists gave necessary recommendations to persons diagnosed with diabetes mellitus for the first time.
In addition, a training seminar on the use of glucometers and screening was held in the afternoon, which was attended by 51 family physicians and 119 district nurses.
