For human dignity! Curator of Namangan regional endocrinology service, Head of hemodialysis department of RSSPMCE Acad. E.H.Turakulov, Candidate of Medical Sciences Kholikov Alisher Yusupovich and specialists of Namangan regional endocrinology dispensary: from the side of Chief physician B.F. Siddikov and endocrinologist M. Kadyrova and endocrinologists Sh. Kholmirzaev from Chortok District Medical Association in order to ensure the implementation of the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan from January 26, 2022 № PK-102 “On measures to improve and expand the scope of endocrinological care” under the slogan “For the benefit of man” in the Clinical Center of Diabetes at Chortok District Medical Association conducted screening examination of the population over 40 years old for early detection of diabetes mellitus. A total of 70 people were examined during the screening survey. Of these, 6 people are overweight, 1 out of 3 is obese, 2 people have obesity of 2 degree, 1 person has obesity of 3 degree, and 24 people suffer from arterial hypertension. 4 people are diagnosed with diabetes mellitus for the first time. 2 people have prediabetes. Diffuse endemic diabetes counts 10 people. Endocrinologists gave necessary recommendations to those diagnosed with diabetes for the first time.
