Within the framework of implementation of the Presidential Decree No. 102 of January 26, 2022 “On measures to improve and expand the scope of endocrinological care”, Item 11 of PP-102 for the purpose of screening of the population aged 40 years and older by the endocrinologist of RSNPMCESF Kurbanov N.S. on February 1, 2025 in the Bulungursky district multipurpose central polyclinic was conducted target screening. 32 people were screened. Of them 2 people were diagnosed with type 2 diabetes for the first time, 11 people were obese of 1 degree, 3 people were obese of 2 degree, 4 people were morbidly obese and 8 people were overweight.
The staff received training on the correct completion of the diabetes screening questionnaire for patronage nurses in the population over 40 years of age, determination of blood sugar levels using a glucometer, and blood sugar standards. A round table was held on leading a healthy lifestyle, proper nutrition, diet and increasing physical activity.
