In fulfillment of the Presidential Decree of January 26, 2022 “On measures to improve and expand the scope of endocrinological care”, paragraph 11 of PP-№ 102 on the part of endocrinologist of RSSPMCESF to conduct targeted screening examinations among the population aged 40 years and older, February 1, 2025 Abdurozikova Y.A. conducted targeted screening on the basis of Urgut district multipurpose central polyclinic. A total of 29 people were screened. Of them, 2 were diagnosed with type 2 diabetes for the first time, 7 people had obesity of 1 degree, 1 had obesity of 2 degree, and 5 were overweight.
The staff received training on how to correctly fill out the diabetes screening questionnaire for patronage nurses in the population over 40 years of age, how to determine blood sugar levels using a glucometer, and blood sugar standards. A round table was held on leading a healthy lifestyle, proper nutrition, diet and increasing physical activity.
