For human dignity! On 04.02.2025 in Navoi city, Navoi region Chief physician of Navoi branch of the Republican specialized scientific-practical medical center of endocrinology named after academician Y.H.Turakulov Mirubaidov N.Sh. held a training seminar. The seminar was attended by endocrinologists of Navoi city, family physicians of all MCP, FP, FD, chief nurses, responsible patronage nurses and coordinator. The workshop provided an insight into the screening process of people over 40 years of age for early detection of prediabetes and diabetes. Documents and reports required for screening, screening procedures, and actions to be taken in case of first diagnosed diabetes and prediabetes were explained. Separately, the issues of targeted use of centrally supplied tonometers and test strips, as well as correct maintenance of usage reports were discussed. The responsibilities of family physicians and nurses to improve endocrinology services at the primary level were explained in turn.
