On February 12, 2025, a medical examination of 42 children was conducted in Samarkand Regional Children's Home by Ulugova H.T., a doctor-endocrinologist of RSSPMCESF. Of them, 4 were diagnosed with somatogenic foot shortening, 1 with foot shortening syndrome and 3 with Down syndrome. Necessary recommendations were given for all the diseases detected.
