08.04.2025 E.A. Khan, endocrinologist of Tashkent branch of RSSPMCE named after academician Y.H. Turakulov, supervisor of Almazar district, studied the activity of 14 family hospitals of Almazor district. In order to ensure implementation of the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan № PP 102 “On measures to improve and expand the scope of endocrinological care” a training seminar for 8 family physicians and 15 patronage nurses of 14 SDs of Almazar district on “Primary prevention of diabetes mellitus and iodine deficiency, increasing the culture of healthy lifestyle and proper nutrition among the population” was held. Based on PP-102, the participants talked about screening conducted among the population over 40 years old and early detection of uncomplicated diseases, as well as expressed ideas for further improvement of screening. Questions from the workshop participants were answered.
