To improve the effectiveness of endocrinology services at the district and city levels and conduct systematic monitoring, F.B. Makhmudova, curator of the RSPMCE for the Samarkand Region, and Sh.M. Daminova, curator of the city of Kattakurgan, were dispatched to the Central Multidisciplinary Polyclinic of Kattakurgan on 16.02.2026. During the visit, the experience gained to date was thoroughly reviewed, existing problems were analyzed, and practical recommendations for their resolution were provided. Relevant explanations were also provided to staff responsible for organizing highly qualified, high-quality, and uninterrupted medical care for the population in the regions. Endocrinology system reports, their compliance with the DMED system, and screening data were analyzed and their reliability assessed. A training seminar on the "Diagnostic Algorithm and Treatment Map for Endocrine Diseases" was organized during the visit. Fifteen family physicians actively participated in the seminar. The event featured an interactive format, featuring questions and answers and practical examples. The seminar focused on early diagnosis of endocrine diseases, appropriate referral of patients to specialists, and the use of modern approaches in treatment.
Participants were also provided with methodological guidelines and handouts on the topic, along with recommendations for their practical application. The seminar served to further strengthen the knowledge and skills of family physicians, improve the quality of medical care, and effectively respond to patient inquiries regarding endocrine diseases.
