To improve the effectiveness of endocrinology services provided to the population at the district level and conduct systematic monitoring, N. N. Bakhrieva, curator of the Samarkand District, and A. E. Khamzaev of the RSPMCE SF conducted a working visit to the Samarkand District on 21.02.2026. As part of this visit, a training seminar was organized on 21.02.2026, with the participation of general practitioners of the Samarkand District. The seminar was conducted by A. E. Khamzaev, endocrinologist of the Samarkand Regional Branch of the RSPMCE SF, and N. N. Bakhrieva, curator of the Samarkand District. The seminar was titled "Diagnostic Algorithm and Treatment Map for Endocrine Diseases." Ninety general practitioners actively participated in the seminar. The event was conducted in an interactive format, using questions and answers and practical examples. During the seminar, special attention was paid to the early diagnosis of endocrine diseases, the correct referral of patients to specialists, and the use of modern approaches in the treatment process. Participants were also provided with methodological guidelines and handouts on the topic, as well as recommendations for their practical use. The seminar further strengthened the knowledge and skills of family physicians, improved the quality of medical care, and effectively responded to public inquiries regarding endocrine diseases.
