In order to practically implement the objectives of "improving public health" outlined in Manifesto № 63, adopted by our esteemed President on 24.12.2025, the chief physician of the Republican Specialized Scientific and Practical Medical Center of Endocrinology named after Academician Y.X.Turakulov, Doctor of Medical Sciences, curator of the Khorezm region, Narimova G.D. visited the region from February 10-13 and, together with curators of 6 districts (Tuprokal, Bogotsky, Gurlansky, Kushkopirsky, Urgench districts and the city of Khiva), first of all, talked with doctors who had completed seminars on the treatment of the 6 most common endocrine diseases among the population, and assessed the level of their knowledge. The problems were analyzed through discussions with family physicians and endocrinologists. A list of endocrine diseases monitored by endocrinologists was analyzed and compiled. Lists of patients with complex diagnoses from outpatient clinics were compiled, and necessary recommendations were provided. The center issued certificates to all regional endocrinologists who completed training there. The work and proposals completed in the Khorezm region in 2025 and planned for 2026 were discussed with the First Deputy Head of the All-Russian Society of Endocrinologists (VSSB), the First Deputy Head of the All-Russian Society of Endocrinologists (VSSB), the Central Curator of the Khorezm Endocrinology System (G.D. Narimova), the Head of the Branch (G.K. Goybov), endocrinologists from all branches, the heads of all MCPs, family clinics in the Khorezm region, as well as their endocrinologists and family doctors, through an online situation center created at the branch. These were considered in the report and annual action plan.
