For human dignity! To ensure compliance with the instructions of the Protocol of Meeting № 63 of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated December 24.12.2025, and the Order of the Minister of Health № 400 dated December 26.12.2025, an inspection and monitoring of the endocrinology services provided to the population by the 23rd SPP, Uzbek SPP, and Khushartin SPP in Kyzyltepa District was conducted on 16.03.2026. This included patient referrals for the diagnosis and treatment of endocrine diseases, disease prevention and follow-up care, generation of diabetes and prediabetes screening reports, registry maintenance, centralized medication reporting, and an electronic patient list.
Also, to prevent, detect, and monitor endocrine diseases, a training seminar was organized on "Patient Referral Flow for Family Physicians and Medical Teams on the 6 Most Common Types of Endocrine Diseases." The situation with prescribing medications allocated from the Expense Reimbursement Fund to patients with endocrine diseases in the district was studied. The inclusion of patients with endocrine diseases and the screened population in the DMED electronic platform was also reviewed, and necessary recommendations were formulated.
