For human dignity! To ensure compliance with the instructions of Protocol № 63 of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated 24.12.2025, and Order № 400 of the Minister of Health dated 26.12.2025, an inspection and monitoring of the endocrinology service serving the population of the 3rd, 17th, and 25th SPPs of the Khatirchi District was conducted on March 17.03.2026. This included a patient referral flow for the diagnosis and treatment of endocrine diseases, disease prevention and dispensary services, diabetes and prediabetes screening reports, a registry, centralized reports on medication provision, and the creation of an electronic patient list.
Also, to prevent, detect, and monitor endocrine diseases, a training seminar was organized on "Patient Referral Flow for Family Physicians and Medical Teams on the 6 Most Common Types of Endocrine Diseases." The situation with prescribing medications allocated from the Expense Reimbursement Fund to patients with endocrine diseases in the district was studied. The inclusion of patients with endocrine diseases and the screened population in the DMED electronic platform was also reviewed, and necessary recommendations were formulated.
