On April 23, 2026, to further improve endocrinology services, enhance the quality of medical care for the population, and ensure full and high-quality inclusion of patients with endocrinological diseases under the DMED system, a study was conducted by E.Isroiljonov, a specialist at the Namangan branch of the RSPMCE, at family clinics 61-62 and family medical centers in Mamaia and Kairoki. The study focused on the following areas:
• Maintaining records of patients with endocrinological diseases in the registry;
• Complete coverage of patients under the DMED system and the status of their medical records;
• Quality, completeness, and timeliness of data entry into the DMED system;
• Examining the knowledge and skills of doctors and nurses in using the system.
The study results revealed that, despite ongoing efforts to improve endocrinology services in the regions, a need was identified for strengthening the inclusion of patients with endocrinological diseases included in the DMED system.
To further improve endocrinology services, practical and methodological support was provided to responsible healthcare professionals (family physicians, nurses, and IT specialists).
Appropriate instructions were also provided for further improvements in this area in the future, ensuring full coverage of patients monitored by the DMED system, and implementing the effective use of the DMED system.
