On April 23, 2026, in order to ensure the implementation of Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan № PP 102 "On measures to improve and expand the scope of endocrinological services," adopted on January 20, 2022, the proper conduct of screening measures, the full and high-quality inclusion of patients with endocrinological diseases under the supervision of category "D" in the DMED system, as well as the fulfillment of the tasks envisaged by the approved Roadmap for 2026, F.T.Sultonova, an employee of the RSPMCE, and A.Sh.Ganiev, a specialist from the Jizzakh branch and district curator, provided methodological and practical assistance to SP 15 and Kudukcha of the Zamin district in the following areas: • Surveillance of category "D" patients with endocrinological diseases;
• Quality, completeness, and timeliness of data entry into the DMED system;
Patients and medical staff were provided with recommendations and detailed explanations about the benefits of a healthy lifestyle, healthy eating, and medical culture.
