On April 24, 2026, to ensure the implementation of Presidential Decree № PP 102 "On measures to improve and expand the scope of endocrinology services," adopted on January 20, 2022, the proper conduct of screening measures, the full and high-quality inclusion of patients with endocrinological diseases under category "D" control in the DMED (Dihematological Medical Service) system, and the fulfillment of the objectives outlined in the approved Roadmap for 2026, methodological and practical assistance was provided in the Mirzachul district by F.T. Sultonova, a specialist at the RSPMCE, and M.R. Alimov, a specialist at the Jizzakh branch and district curator. Objectives of the work: • Control of category "D" endocrinological diseases;
• Quality, completeness, and timeliness of data entry into the DMED system;
Patients and medical staff were provided with recommendations and detailed explanations about the benefits of a healthy lifestyle, healthy eating, and medical culture.
