To ensure the achievement of the objectives set out in the Resolution "On Measures to Improve and Expand the Scope of Endocrinology Services" and the Roadmap of April 23, 2026, D. Abdukarimova, a specialist at the Jizzakh branch of the RSPMCE, conducted a study at the Egizbulok Regional Clinical Hospital in the Forish District. The study assessed the maintenance of the registry of patients with endocrine diseases included on the list; the full coverage of patients under the D-category monitoring system, the status of their medical documentation; the quality and timeliness of data entry into the DMED system; and the organization of training and professional development for doctors and nurses on the use of the system. This study identified the need to strengthen the inclusion of patients from the D-category in the DMED system.
Responsible medical personnel (doctors, nurses, and IT specialists) were provided with practical and methodological assistance and relevant instructions. They were also given detailed explanations on healthy lifestyle and healthy eating.
