On April 29, 2026, a delegation led by Marufjon Yusufchonovich Khodjibaev, Deputy Director of the Sughd Regional Health Department of the Republic of Tajikistan, visited the Republican Specialized Scientific and Practical Medical Center of Endocrinology.
The guests were welcomed by the Deputy Director of the Treatment Center, Doctor of Medical Sciences G.J. Narimova, as well as the heads of the relevant departments and specialists.
During the visit, the delegation members were given a detailed overview of the Center's main activities, its modern diagnostic and treatment capabilities, and the work of its specialized departments.
During the visit, issues of further strengthening mutual cooperation between the parties were discussed. In particular, special attention was paid to improving the qualifications of endocrinologists in the Sughd Region, establishing an exchange of experience, and introducing modern diagnostic and treatment methods as part of the implementation of the memorandum signed in September 2025.
The discussion also focused on ensuring highly qualified medical care for patients with limited access to treatment in the Sughd region by referring them to the center in the future.
The meeting was held in a sincere and constructive spirit, and prospects for further cooperation were outlined.
