On May 13, 2025, a study of the state of endocrinology services in primary care was conducted at Family Clinic No. 6 and multidisciplinary clinics in the Bakhmal District of Jizzakh Region, jointly with N. Nazarova, a qualified specialist from the Russian Scientific and Practical Medical Center of Epidemiology and Epidemiology (RSPMCE), regional supervisor, and PhD candidate. The review focused on endocrinology screening processes by visiting nurses, referrals of at-risk groups to family physicians for health improvement by practicing nurses, and the process of admitting patients for D-control. Deficiencies were identified and addressed. Issues related to ICD-10 diagnostics by family physicians, electronic prescription issuance, and insulin storage were also addressed, and instructions prepared by the RSPMCE were presented.
