For human dignity! To ensure compliance with Order № 400 of the Minister of Health dated December 26, 2025, from May 12-14, 2026, H.A. Begmatova, an employee of the RSPMCE, studied the activities of the endocrinology service provided to the population at the MCP, 8 rural hospitals in the Asak and Markhamat districts, and the city of Andijan. This included patient pathways for the diagnosis and treatment of endocrine diseases, disease prevention and dispensary care, diabetes and prediabetes screening reports, monitoring of endocrinology care for patients in the Dmed system by family doctors, general practitioners, and visiting nurses, provision of medications based on electronic prescriptions, and reimbursement of expenses. A training seminar on "Patient pathways for family doctors and medical teams for the 6 most common types of endocrine diseases" was also organized to prevent, detect, and monitor endocrine diseases.
