On May 15, 2025, in the Yangi-Khayot district of Tashkent, V.E. Tsareva, Chief Physician of the Tashkent branch of the RSPMCE, and R.V. Khodjimetova, Supervisor of the Yangi-Ayot district, conducted a review of the state of endocrinology services in primary healthcare. The Chief Physician delivered a report on the correct ICD-10 diagnosis for general practitioners and specialized physicians, followed by a presentation. The activities of endocrinologists were then reviewed, identifying discrepancies in ICD-10 diagnoses in the Dimed system. Specifically, cases of diagnosis in patients with type 2 diabetes were examined. The processes of endocrinology screening by visiting nurses, referral of at-risk patients to family physicians, and monitoring of D levels were examined. Insulin storage was also analyzed, and recommendations were provided for any identified deficiencies.
