Scientific and Practical Conference "Medical Tourism in Megacities"
May 20, 2026. A scientific and practical conference on "Medical Tourism in Megacities" is being held at the Republican Specialized Endocrinology Center named after Academician Y.Kh. Turakulov.
The conference is dedicated to studying current trends in medical tourism, sharing international experience, and developing medical and health services in megacities.
The conference, using the Endocrinology Center as an example, will discuss issues of providing foreign citizens visiting the Republic of Uzbekistan for treatment with highly qualified medical services in accordance with international standards.
Discussions will include innovative approaches; the quality of medical services;
expanding international cooperation;
opinions and proposals on promising areas of medical tourism.
The conference will be attended by experts in the fields of medicine and tourism, researchers, representatives of higher education institutions, and representatives of other international organizations.
