As we previously reported, from July 8 to 11 of this year, in order to ensure compliance with the decree of the Head of State, extensive work was carried out under the leadership of our center's director, Doctor of Medical Sciences, Professor A. Alimov.
As part of this work, the Samarkand branch of the Republican Center for Advanced Training and Specialization of Secondary Medical and Pharmaceutical Workers organized an educational and methodological seminar on the effective use of medical records in primary healthcare facilities.
The seminar included theoretical and practical training on the implementation of medical records in primary healthcare facilities, improving the quality of patient care, and integrating modern clinical approaches into daily work.
During the training, participants were given important recommendations on the content and essence of medical records, the procedures for their effective use, problems that arise in practice, and how to solve them.
At the end of the educational and methodological seminar, participants received detailed answers to their questions from experts and exchanged opinions on the application of acquired knowledge and skills in practical work.
