Primary Healthcare Reforms Combine with Practice
As part of training events held from July 11 to 14 of this year, the Samarkand branch of the Republican Center for Advanced Training and Specialization of Secondary Healthcare Workers in the Medical and Pharmaceutical Industry organized a seminar dedicated to improving the effectiveness of specialized advanced training courses on "Family Health."
The seminar was attended by Professor A. Alimov, Director of the Republican Specialized Scientific and Practical Medical Center of Endocrinology, along with faculty members and responsible staff.
The event discussed reforms being implemented in primary healthcare in accordance with the relevant Decree and Resolution of the President and Order No. 175 of the Minister of Health, as well as their effective implementation.
The focus was on enriching the content of the advanced training courses on "Family Health," improving the quality of training, and effectively applying the acquired knowledge in practice.
A. Alimov discussed in detail the new tasks of medical teams, family doctors, and visiting nurses, improving the quality of public services, and planning and effectively organizing workflows in accordance with modern requirements.
Furthermore, in connection with the introduction of a five-day workweek, the importance of organizing the activities of primary healthcare units based on new procedures, clearly defining daily, weekly, and annual work plans, and transparently monitoring their implementation was emphasized.
At the end of the seminar, which was filled with lively and practical dialogue, participants received detailed answers to their questions and offered practical suggestions and comments.
