In medicine, results are assessed not only by numbers but also by patient satisfaction, physician accountability, and timely care.

The research conducted by a working group led by L. Abdurakhimov in the Pakhtachi district was also based on these criteria.

The working group examined the daily workflow in medical institutions, the quality of services provided to the public, the activities of nursing and family physicians, task completion, and the use of available resources.

During the study, along with achievements, issues requiring solutions were openly discussed. Clear instructions and recommendations were provided to those responsible for addressing identified deficiencies.

Ultimately, a true assessment of the effectiveness of a modern medical institution is based not only on its building and modern equipment, but also on the timely, high-quality, and attentive medical care received by the patient upon entering the facility.

The research in Pakhtachi was also based on this criterion, namely, in terms of creating more accessible, high-quality, and effective medical care for the population.
