In order to ensure the implementation of the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan from January 26, 2022 № PP-102 “On measures to improve and expand the sphere of endocrinology service”, as well as to improve and develop relations with foreign countries in the field of health care, in order to attract foreign investment and establish new cooperation Republican Specialized Endocrinological Scientific and Practical Medical Center named after E.H.Turakulov 23-27 September under the guidance of St. Petersburg Diabetes Center of the Russian Federation.
Endocrinologists from each district of Khorezm region were invited to this training as trainers. The seminar provided information about the schools of education for patients with type 2 diabetes and the principles of their work. This training included sessions of the school of therapeutic training of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus on 10 topics in total, and trainers participated in training on all topics during one week.
