For human dignity! Surkhandarya branch of the Republican Specialized Scientific and Practical Medical Center of Endocrinology named after Academician E.H. Turakulov held a festive event in connection with the “International Diabetes Day on November 14”. Employees of the branch and the Endocrinology Department of Termez branch of TTA and foreign students participated in the event, as well as more than 120 children and adolescents with diabetes. During the event, gifts were distributed to children and adolescents. In addition, the branch organized an “Open Day” and measured blood sugar levels in 165 patients. Glycated hemoglobin was determined in 45 patients. The festive events were covered on Surkhandarya provincial television and the Uzbekistan-24 channel.
