For human dignity! A festive event dedicated to the Constitution was held.
In connection with the 32nd anniversary of the adoption of the Constitution of the Republic of Uzbekistan on 06.12.2024 in Fergana branch of RSNPMCE named after Academician E.H.Turakulov was organized a festive event.
Director of the branch N.R.Ibragimova made a speech at the event and declared the festive event “December 8 - the day of adoption of the Constitution of the Republic of Uzbekistan” open, and our Prime Minister emphasized that this is a document that embodies universal values. Because it has absorbed all the basic ideas and rules of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights.
After that the head of the branch organizational and methodical department O.A. Kholbekov stated that putting the main draft of the Constitution to referendum in 2023 is a constitutional and legal form and expression of realization of direct democracy, people's power, and that the new draft of the Constitution will be approved by the people at the referendum, stated that its direct adoption has strengthened the supreme legal force and status of this document.
Mr. O.A. Zokirov, Deputy Director for Branch Treatment, congratulated the participants of the event and spoke about the rights and duties of citizens and the opportunities created for young people in the Constitution.
The celebration continued with a presentation and artistic performances prepared by the branch staff on the theme “Constitution and Tolerance”.
