During the examination: Diabetes mellitus type 2. For the first time detected - 5. Prediabetes 1. Obesity 2-1 degree. Obesity 1 - 2 degree, Obesity 3 - 4 degree, Diffuse obesity - 5. Nodular goiter -1 pc. Diffuse toxic goiter was detected in 1 patient, the specialist gave necessary recommendations and examinations.
