REPUBLICAN SPECIALIZED SCIENTIFIC AND PRACTICAL MEDICAL CENTER OF ENDOCRINOLOGY NAMED AFTER ACADEMICIAN Y.KH. TURAKULOVA





The center is a unique, leading in Uzbekistan modern medical-diagnostic, research and educational complex of endocrinological profile.

The main goal of the RSNPMCE is to provide highly qualified endocrinological care at the level of world standards.

RSNPMCE is the only research and treatment-diagnostic center in Central Asia.

Subdivisions of the RSNPMCE work highly qualified specialists - clinicians-endocrinologists, surgeons, gynecologists, pediatricians, ophthalmologists, neuropathologists, cardiologists, nephrologists, andrologists, radiologists, psychologists, epidemiologists; experimenters - geneticists, morphologists.

The Center employs 2 professors, doctors of medical sciences, 8 doctors of sciences, 34 candidates of sciences, 37 doctors of the highest category.

The scientific potential of the Center allows for a deeply comprehensive development of a wide range of relevant scientific and practical areas of modern endocrinology.

The Center annually receives high-tech care more than 50 thousand and inpatient treatment - more than 8 thousand patients with various endocrine diseases

1. Republican Specialized Scientific and Practical Medical Center of Endocrinology named after Ya.Kh. Turakulova - reorganized on the basis of the Republican Specialized Scientific and Practical Medical Center of Endocrinology on the basis of the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated June 20, 2017 No. PP-3071 and the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers dated October 14, 2017 No. 826.


The charter of the Center is registered by the Single Window Center under the Khokimiyat of the Mirzo-Ulugbek district of Tashkent city dated January 12, 2018 under No. 583808.

2. Structure, bed capacity

The structure of the Center is determined by the Council of the Center within the established bed capacity and throughput capacity of the consultative clinic of the Center in accordance with the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers dated October 14, 2017 No. 826 and approved by the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Uzbekistan: a stationary unit for 288 beds and a consultative and diagnostic clinic for 250 visits per day.

3. The rules for the provision of medical care by the Center on a paid basis in compliance with medical and diagnostic standards are carried out in accordance with Appendix No. 1 to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated 08.06.2004. No. 264.

Hospitalization of patients in need of emergency medical care is carried out by the Center in accordance with Appendix No. 3 to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated 08.06.2004. No. 264.

The procedure for issuing orders, hospitalization and payment of the cost of treatment for a preferential contingent of patients is carried out in accordance with the annex to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated 05.09.2017. No. 696.

4. The Center is managed by the Council of the Center.

The supreme governing body of the Center is the Council of the Center.

The Council of the Center consists of 7 people, including the Director of the Center, leading medical and scientific workers of the Center.

The regulations on the Council of the Center and its personal composition are approved by the decision of the general meeting of the staff of the Center.

The Director of the Center is also the chairman of the Council of the Center.

The Council of the Center meets on a monthly basis and all decisions concerning the financial and economic activities of the Center are made at a meeting of the Council and are drawn up in the corresponding minutes.

5. Personnel potential of the Center At present, the Center employs 625 employees, of whom doctors: 37  of the highest category, 7 of the first category, 26 of the second category, 14 of the third category, 50 without category. Nursing staff - 223, junior medical. staff - 163, administrative staff - 79.

With a scientific degree: 8 doctors of medical sciences and 34 candidates of sciences

Among the nursing staff, 58 nurses have the highest category, the first - 25, the second - 23 people.
